Mi-Kis are a calm and quiet breed possessing the more favorable qualities of the tiny dogs leaving behind many of the undesirable traits. They are highly intelligent and many work as therapy dogs and compete in obedience and agility trials. They are well suited for small children or the elderly due to their quiet and calm nature.

The true Mi-Kis have beautiful long, non shedding coats. Mi-kis are considered "Hypoallergenic" so they are great for people that otherwise, due to allergies, could not have pets. Regular grooming is required to keep their hair in optimum condition.

Waidin Mi-Ki adults and litters are dual registered with the International Mi-Ki Registry "IMR", Continental Mi-Ki Association "CMA" and the Canine Developmental Health and Performance Registry "CDHPR".
